RETURNS & REFUNDS
We're committed to selling high-quality products but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed.
Please keep your invoice (which may be attached to the delivery packaging) and a record of your order number which can be found on your order confirmation. Proof of purchase is required in the event of any after-sales queries.
Defective products
If a product is found to be defective upon delivery and you advise us within 30 days of dispatch from our premises and supply proof of purchase, we will give you a like for like replacement product or a partial refund.
If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we will repair the product. We will furnish a replacement part, without charge for the part only, where components are found to be defective due to workmanship or materials under normal use and maintenance. Labour, freight, or any other cost associated with the service, repair or operation of the unit remain the liability of the customer. If a replacement part is not available or the unit cannot be repaired we will provide a replacement product or an alternative product of similar value.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
NOTE: If you had your item delivered, your order number which can be found on your order acknowledgement or delivery packaging counts as your receipt/proof of purchase. Please ensure you keep this.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel an order prior to its dispatch from our premises, for any item purchased on this website and receive a full refund incurring no costs. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel, you can contact us at shop@slkids.co.uk, call 0845 230 1775 or write to us at Customer Services (see contact us for details) within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). If items are returned damaged, incomplete or otherwise altered from the state they were dispatched in, a partial refund may be given.
Item(s) may be returned to SL Kids or we can arrange collection. The customer is liable for any postage costs associated with the return of items once dispatched from our premises.
You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner. You may not however cancel accommodation, transport or leisure services which occur on a specific date.
